• Payments are processed securely via PayPal or credit/debit card.
• By proceeding with the donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Refund Policy

• Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a technical issue occurs (e.g., accidental duplicate payment), please contact us at info@chronedo.com within 14 days.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Gifts and Shipping

• Any gifts provided in connection with a donation are voluntary and not guaranteed.
• Gifts are given at our sole discretion and do not constitute an obligation or contractual agreement. The donor has no legal entitlement to receive a gift.
• A gift may be offered as a token of appreciation but is not a transaction in exchange for a donation. Donations remain purely voluntary and independent of any potential gift.
• If a gift is wished, the donor must provide a valid postal address.

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
